We have to inform you that Mr. Parameshwaran Mohanachandra Nair (DIN: 07326079) has ceased to be a Whole-time Director from 3rd October 2022 on attaining his age of 70 years in accordance with the provisions of Sec 196(3)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013. Mr. Parameshwaran Mohanachandra Nair will be a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of the Company from 3rd October 2022.
