We would like to inform you that upon exercise by the eligible employee/ legal heir of the employee and pursuant to the delegation of power granted by the Board of Directors of the Company, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide its resolution dated December 17, 2021 inter alia approved and authorised Thomas Cook (India) Limited ESOP Trust (''ESOP Trust'') acting through its Trustee, IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited to transfer 3500 equity shares of Re. 1/- each of the Company, from its custody as per the entitlement to the respective employee/ legal heir of the employee in the manner prescribed
