Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on even date have inter alia approved the appointment of Mr. Rahul Narain Bhagat (DIN 02473708) as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company with effect from July 9, 2024, for a term of 5 consecutive years subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
