Tierra Agrotech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/04/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the above cited subject, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 1st April, 2023 inter-alia, to consider and approve: 1. Raising of funds by issue of further shares as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 read with Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder 2.
