| Tierra Agrotech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/01/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the above mentioned subject, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 18th January, 2024 through Video Conference and other audio visual means, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the Third quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2023. In continuation to our previous intimation of closure of trading window, we would like to inform that the trading window of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed till 20th January 2024 which is 48 hours after the Board Meeting.
