Please take note that in accordance with your e-mail dated October 16, 2020, it was brought to the attention of the Board of Directors, in its Meeting held on October 29, 2020, the non-compliance with respect to late submission of financial results by the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> Also, the fine levied by the Exchange thereupon was brought to the attention of the Board of Directors in the abovementioned Meeting. The Board expressed its concern regarding the situation arising due to the outbreak of the global pandemic COVID-19 and advised the management to strengthen the systems of the Company to face such kind of eventualities in future. <BR>
