Times Green Energy (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Times Green Energy (India) Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at Registered Office of the Company at Flat No. 602, Druva Thara Apartments, Medinova Complex, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500082, inter-alia to discuss and approve, among other items, the Audited Financial Results and Statement of Assets and Liabilities for Half Year and Financial Year Ended March 31, 2022. Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct of Company adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed and shall open 48 hours after conclusion of the Board Meeting.
