Further to our earlier intimation of a Meeting of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Tips Industries Limited (the "Company") to be held on February 13, 2020 and pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(b) and 29(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board will consider a proposal for buyback of equity shares of the Company at its meeting scheduled to be held on February 13, 2020.<BR> <BR> Trading window is already closed from January 1, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended December 31, 2019.
