REF: COMPANY CODE BSE: 526675 (TIRTH PLASTIC LIMITED) Kindly note that pursuant to Clause 4 of the Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as well as in terms of Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the company, notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Saturday, 01st April, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2023 (both days inclusive) for all the designated persons of the Company. The date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the audited Financial Results for quarter ended on 31st March, 2023 will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
