This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, Regulations,2015, a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 30th May, 2018, to transact the following business:<BR> 1) To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018.<BR> <BR> Further as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from 23rd May, 2018 to 1st June, 2018 (both days inclusive)<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on record.<BR>
