Tirupati Inks Ltd has informed BSE that since the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) has been initiated against the corporate Debtor - M/s Tirupati Inks Ltd vide order of Hon'ble NCLT, Principal Bench, New Delhi dated November 02, 2017, the notices were not sent to all the Directors for the proposed Board Meeting to be held on November 09, 2017 and the Limited Review Report from the Auditors of the Company could not be obtained, hence the Board Meeting to be held on November 09, 2017 is cancelled.<BR><BR>The next date for holding Board Meeting will be held on November 14, 2017 interalia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, for the Quarter and Half Year Ended on September 30, 2017.
