In accordance with Regulation 31A(8)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is in receipt of the requests for reclassification of shareholding from ''''Promoter and Promoter Group'''' category to ''''Public'''' category and the same have been approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 3rd March,2021 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and the Stock Exchanges as per the said Regulation
