Dubash Marg, Kalaghoda, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001 and concluded at 4:00 P.M. The Board of Directors in the meeting considered and approved the following: 1. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company, for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2024; 2.
