In terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 the Company has published extract of Statement of Audited Financials Results (Standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the year ended on 31.03.2024 which have been considered, approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors, at their Board Meeting held on Tuesday, 28.05.2024. The said Financials Results have been published in "Time of India" (English Newspaper) Goa Edition dated 30.05.2024 and in "Pudhari" (Marathi Newspaper) Goa Edition dated 30.05.2024.
