Pursuant to the Company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by the insiders framed pursuant of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for trading /dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the insiders including designated persons and their immediate relatives with the effect from Monday, 01st July, 2024 till the conclusion of 48 hours, the Financial Year 2024-2025 ended on 30yj June, 2024. The date of the board meeting to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024 will be intimated to the exchange separate in due course.
