In terms of SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Monday, 12th August, 2024, have approved the re-appointment of M/S GHV & Co, Practising Company Secretaries as the secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25. The required details pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations are annexed herewith as Annexure -A.
