In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, we wish to inform you that Board of Directors in their meeting held on Saturday, 24th June 2023 have interiliac considered and approved the following amongst other matters; 1. The appointment of Mr. Hiren Surendra Makwana [DIN 10048026] as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect, subject to necessary approval of shareholders. 2. Further the board took note of, the resignation tendered by Mr. Dollar Chheda DIN: 08490484, Executive Director & CFO, with effect from closure of business hours on 24th June 2023.
