Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Policy on Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades and Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities/shares of the Company will remain closed for Insiders, Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from Wednesday, October 01, 2025, till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
