Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Transindia Real Estate Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, November 11, 2025, has considered and approved Un-audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company as recommended by the Audit Committee for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, along with Limited Review Report of the Auditors as required under Regulations 33(3) of SEBI Listing Regulations.
