Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Transindia Real Estate Limited as its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, November 11, 2025, has considered and approved the Un-audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors as required under Regulation 33(3) of SEBI Listing Regulations.
