Transoceanic Properties Ltd has informed BSE that Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 13, 2016 inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Financial year ended on March 31, 2016 for the F.Y. 2015-2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from May 03, 2016 to May 15, 2016 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Board Meeting to be held on May 13, 2016 to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016.
