Pursuant to the Company''s code of conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders and applicable provisions of SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) ( Amendment) Regulation, 2018, we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and specified connected persons ( including dependents and immediate relatives) from 1st of April, 2024 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2024 for FY. 2023-24. An intimation regarding the notice of Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st March, 2024 shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchange. Further, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
