| Company had received mail from exchange on 06.11.2020, that Certificate file under Reg.40 (9), (10) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 for Half Year ended September 2020 does not carry signature /Digital signature of certifying person. .<BR> <BR> We would like to inform you that Certificate was digitally signed on 29.10.2020 by practicing Company Secretary but due to some technical error while merging of cover letter and Certificate online, Digital signature on the Certificate disappeared and inadvertently same certificate was uploaded.<BR> <BR> We therefore re-submitting the Certificate under Reg.40 (9), (10) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 for Half Year ended September 2020 along with the covering letter of the company.<BR> <BR> Therefore, we request you to kindly condone the discrepancy occur and take on record the submission of the aforesaid compliance.<BR> | |
