TRANSPORT CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In continuation to our letter dated 15th April, 2024, regarding intimation of Board Meeting to be held on 15th May, 2024, inter-alia, to consider/approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 4th Quarter/FY ended on 31st March, 2024 alongwith the Auditor''s Report, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company may also consider/approve: i. Recommendation of Final dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the FY 2023-24; ii. Issuance of Non-Convertible Debenture (NCDs)/Bonds/other similar instruments on private placement basis.
