Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015: i. The Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2024; and ii. To take on record the report of the Auditors on standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements. b.
