With reference to above captioned subject & pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 30th May 2023 has appointed CS Puja Pujari, Practicing Company Secretary as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year from 2022- 23 to 2024-25.
