| In furtherance to our Intimation dated March 5th 2025, we hereby inform you that the Board at its Meeting held today 10th March 2025 considered and approved the Limited Review Report for the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Half Year Ended - September 2024 which was not submitted because of the expiry of Peer Review Certificate of the Statutory Auditors of the Company. We are enclosing the following documents in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Limited Review Report for the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the half year ended 30th September 2024 issued by our Statutory Auditors M/s Luharuka & Co is annexed herewith..
