| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 exchange had imposed Penalty for non submission of Limited Review Report for the Half Year ended September 2024 which is part of the financial results, for the reason being the Peer Review Certificate of the Statutory Auditors of the company was expired and they could not sign the report. This Intimation is being filed in relation with SEBI (LODR) Regulations and we have been trying our best to comply and adhere to the regulatory Requirements in timely manner.
