We regret to inform you of the sudden and sad demise of Mr. Giddaiah Koteswar, whole time Director of the Company, on Wednesday, November 18, 2020.<BR> <BR> Mr. Giddaiah Koteswar, was a wholetime Director of TRC Financial Services Limited and crucial leadership roles at the Company. Mr. Giddaiah Koteswar was appointed on the Board of the Company and the Company immensely benefitted from his vision and leadership during his tenure. All the directors and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.<BR> <BR> We request you to take this on record and that the same be treated under the SEBI LODR Regulations.<BR>
