With reference to the above mentioned subject, we would like to state as under:<BR> Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd. ('the Company') had entered into an "Agreement to Sell" its fixed assets comprising of Land and Building situated at Survey no.49,CTS No. 792(pt) of village Atladra, Taluka Vadodara, District - Gujarat - 390012 for a total consideration of Rs. 26 crores (Twenty Six Crores only) with M/s. Shiwalaya Associates, Vadodara, ('the buyer') on such terms and conditions agreed between the parties to the agreement. The Company had made necessary announcement in this regard with Stock Exchanges on August 16, 2018.<BR> We would further like to inform that, due to non-fulfillment of terms and conditions by the buyer, the said agreement needs to be cancelled. Further, the Company is in due process of cancelling/terminating the aforesaid Agreement to Sell.<BR>
