| TRIBHOVANDAS BHIMJI ZAVERI LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/05/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 3rd May, 2021, inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021, for recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ended 31st March, 2021 and to consider any other business with the permission of the Chair.
