| We wish to inform you that pursuant to Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 25(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a Separate Meeting of the independent Directors was held on today i.e. March 29, 2023 at 2004, 2nd Floor, North Extension, Falsawadi, Begumpura, Nodh 4/1650, Sahara Darwaja, Surat-395003, Gujarat at 10.00 a.m. and concluded at 11.10 a.m. The following items in agenda were considered and discussed: 1. Reviewed the performance of Non- Independent Directors and the board as a whole; 2. Reviewed the performance of the Chairman of the Company, taking into account the views of executive directors and non-executive directors; 3. Assessed the quality, quantity and timeliness of the flow of information between the Company''s management and the Board that is necessary for the Board to effectively and reasonably perform their duties. | |
