Trinetra Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meetings of the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 27, 2017, to consider unaudited financial results (subjected to a "limited review" by the statutory auditors of the Company) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>As per the Companys Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from January 12, 2017 to January 28, 2017 (both days inclusive).
