| TRIUMPH INTERNATIONAL FINANCE INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI LODR Reg, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Triumph International Finance India Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday, 12th February, 2024 at 2.30 p.m. to transact inter - alia the following businesses: 1. To discuss, consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended December 31, 2023. 2. Any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further, please also be advised that in accordance with the Company's 'Code of Conduct' to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, and amendments thereunder, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from 01st January, 2024 and it shall remain closed until forty-eight hours after the date of declaration of results for the quarter ended December 31, 2023. | |
