We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved Mr. Arun P. Mote''s re-appointment as a Whole-time Director (designated as Executive Director) of the Company for an additional two years, beginning on November 1, 2022, and ending on October 31, 2024, subject to approval of the shareholders by postal ballot. This decision was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. It is confirmed that Mr Mote is not debarred for holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or the order of any statutory authority. Further, he is not related to any of the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel or Promoters of the Company.
