| TV TODAY NETWORK LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/05/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 14, 2021, inter alia for the following purposes:<BR> <BR> 1. To consider, approve and take on record, the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter (Q4) and Financial Year ending on March 31, 2021.<BR> <BR> 2. To consider and recommend the payment of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2020-21.<BR> <BR> As per the Company's code of Conduct for Regulating and Monitoring trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the insiders of the Company from April 01, 2021 upto May 16, 2021 (both days inclusive).<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on record.<BR> | |
