Fincorp Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023. Further, in continuation to our letter dated 28th December 2023, regarding closure of trading window for the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in Company''s securities will continue to remain close for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives until the expiry of 48 hours after the un-published price sensitive information are submitted to the Stock Exchanges in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Company''s "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives.
