| Unifinz Capital India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/10/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, notice is hereby given that the meeting for the Financial Year 2024-25 of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 30th day of October, 2024 at the Chawla House, 3rd Floor, 19, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019 for considering inter-alia, the following matters: 1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Second quarter and Half Year ended on 30th September, 2024; 2.
