| With reference to earlier announcement dated July 24, 2012, about the sanction of the Draft Rehabilitation Scheme (DRS) of the Company by Hon'ble Board for Indusial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR), which, inter-alia, envisages the Amalgamation of the Company with M/s Apar Industries Ltd. (AIL), the Holding Company. Transfer date being April 01, 2010 and detailed order along with copy of sanctioned Scheme from BIFR is awaited, Uniflex Cables Ltd (UCL) has now informed BSE that, while Company await the detailed order from the Hon'ble BIFR, upon receipt of the said order, Accounts of the Company will be amalgamated with the Amalgamated Company w.e.f. April 01, 2010 and the Company (UCL) will cease to exists immediately on amalgamation and may not be required to approve and publish Un-audited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2012 for the F.Y. 2012-13. <br/><br/>The Company has further informed to BSE that the Company will submit and publish the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first Quarter ended June 30, 2012, upto September 29, 2012, if required. | |
