In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Central Government vide notification no. F. No.4/7/2018-BO.I dated March 18, 2020 has appointed Shri Birupaksha Mishra, erstwhile Executive Director, Corporation Bank as the Executive Director of the Bank w.e.f. April 1, 2020 till the date of his superannuation i.e. January 31, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.<BR> <BR> Shri Birupaksha Mishra has taken over charge of the post of Executive Director of the Bank on April 1, 2020.<BR> <BR> the detailed intimation is attached.
