Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to intimate that the share certificates, as per the details given in the attached letter are reported to have been lost / misplaced and requests have been received by the Company through its Share Transfer Agent, M/s. Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd., for issue of duplicate share certificates in lieu thereof. and accordingly, the Company has initiated due process for issue of duplicate share certificates.<BR> <BR> We are in the process of issuing duplicate share certificates after compliance of required formalities.<BR> <BR> May we request you to disseminate the above information on the website of the Stock Exchange(s) and inform all your constituents accordingly.<BR>
