This has reference to our earlier letters wherein we had intimated the Exchanges that we will conduct our Board Meeting latest by 31st March, 2020 for publication of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December, 2019.<BR> <BR> In this connection we would like to inform you that in view of the National Lockdown till 14th April, 2020, the above Board Meeting to consider, approve and publish un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December, 2019 is deferred further, will now be held immediately after the lockdown is lifted and/or once normalcy recommences.<BR> <BR> Further, the Government directive/policy now requires closure of Company''s project(s)/offices. Accordingly, the Company has taken a decision on closure of its Project(s)/offices with immediate effect until further decision on this.<BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the above information on your record<BR>
