This Postal Ballot Notice is being sent to all shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners as received from the Depositories as on Friday, January 12, 2024 ("Record Date"). Members holding equity shares as on the Cut-Off Date can cast their vote using a remote e-voting facility only.
