| UNITECH INTERNATIONAL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir, This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 13th February, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. at the registered office of the Company to consider inter alia the following: 1. To consider & approve the Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Trading Windows for all the designated persons defined in the code inter alia for the purpose of taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results, in terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, has already been closed for dealing in shares of the Company from 01st January, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the company. | |
