Unitech Limited has informed the Exchnage that in furtherance to our submission dated November 11, 2022 under the reference 'Outcome of Meeting of Board of Directors held on 11.11.2022', please be informed that due to inadvertent error the period of extension of tenure of Sh. Kailash Chand Sharma as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Unitech Group of Companies is incorrectly mentioned in the above submission as 'for a further period of one year i.e. 24.11.2022 till 23.11.2023' instead of 24.11.2022 to 31.03.2023. The extension of tenure may please be read as 24.11.2022 till 31.03.2023.
