This is to inform you that the Company has appointed Shri Kailash Chand Sharma as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 24th November, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 18th January, 2021 has considered and approved the appointment of Shri Kailash Chand Sharma as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 24th November, 2020, under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR> <BR> Brief Profile of Shri Kailash Chand Sharma<BR> <BR> Shri Kailash Chand Sharma is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS 3286), Law Graduate and having experience of about 32 years in respective field.<BR>
