We refer to your email communication reference L/SURV/ONL/PV/RS/ 2021-2022 / 123 dated<BR> 07.06.2021 seeking clarification with respect to increase in volume of the equity shares of the Company across Exchanges in the recent past. Immediately upon noticing, we had already intimated the exchanges, the transfer of<BR> 4,13,15,690 (15.63%) Equity Shares of the Company from the demat account of the Deputy Director, Enforcement Directorate to the demat account of Recovery Officer I Debt Recovery Tribunal II.<BR> Kindly note that the Company is not aware of any event or information that may have a bearing on its operations or performance including any price sensitive information leading to increase in volume of shares traded on the Exchanges in the recent past.<BR> We humbly submit that this has no impact upon the operations or business of the Company and we are not privy to any other information which may warrant any disclosure.
