This is to inform you that as per Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Designated Persons ('the Code') framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including the amendment(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021.
