Dear Sir(s) The company has received approval for reclassification of shared from ''Promoter & Promoter group'' to ''Public'' category in respect of 5,41,651 (3.69%) equity shares of the company. Pursuant to Reg 31A of the Listing Regulations, decision of the Stock Exchange is being hereby intimated. The stakeholders are requested to take note of the revised shareholding structure of the company effective from July 17, 2023.
