Dear Sir(s) Intimation was given under regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations pertaining to appointment of Managing Director vide our letter dated 26-07-2024. Mr Sunil Kumar Shrivastava (DIN - 00259961) was appointed as Managing Director of the company for a term of five years effective from 11th August 2024 till 10th August 2029 Accordingly, a revised disclosure mentioning the effective term of director is being filed herewith.
